Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items that are stocked by Wasco Industrial LLC within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging or no refund will be given. Some products may be opened, tested, or setup to guarantee quality before shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. This page outlines the details of our returns policy. 

No refunds for the following:

· No refunds or deposits will be issued on Used tools or Equipment sold by Wasco Industrial LLC or wascoindustrial.com. 

· Any Item with obvious sign of use 

· Coolant Maintenance devices that have been introduced to coolant. 

· Products Damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging   

Restocking

Returns due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking charge with a $5.00 minimum and must be returned freight prepaid. Returns on items that are not stocked and brought in special from a supplier (Products not listed in our store) will be subject to return policies & restocking fees by our supplier in addition to a 10% restocking charge by us. Some items cannot be returned at all. Please ask before ordering or ask before we do a quote.
